Exchange and Return Procedure
  1. Without prejudice to the fact that the supplier excludes the possibility of unilateral withdrawal of the contract concluded by electronic means, the consumer may request returns or exchanges, within the territory of Chile, which "may" be accepted by the supplier, in order to obtain full satisfaction. the client's. The parties record and accept that this is a right that is at the exclusive discretion of the provider. In any case, this request can only be made by the consumer within a period of 10 business days from receipt of the product.

  2. The requirements for any exchange or return are the following:

      1. Go to the Exchange and Returns Center . Enter purchase order number and email, attach proof of payment and indicate the problem/situation or nonconformity.

        • Up to 90 days from the ticket being issued
        • Product must be new and in original packaging
        • Client assumes transportation costs to Bestias facilities. For security reasons, the client will not be able to make this delivery or withdrawal by his or her own means.
        • Bestias assumes transportation costs for shipping the new product (in case the change is made remotely and not in-person store)
        • New product will be shipped or delivered upon receipt of the originally purchased product.
        • In case you have received an incorrect order, Bestias assumes all shipping costs.
        • A product can be changed a maximum of 2 times due to model and/or size.

          3. Legal Guarantee
          Exchanges must be for products of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased.
        • Up to 6 months for free repair, product exchange or money back.
        • Product must present obvious factory defects that prevent its natural use.
        • In case of doubtful failures, the product will be sent to the factory for analysis, where the use of the warranty could be approved or rejected.
        • The dispatch/delivery of the New product or money refund (as applicable) will be specified at the time of receiving the originally purchased product.
        • Refund of money will be made effective by the same means that was paid, except cash which will always be made with bank transfer.
        • Bestias will be responsible for the shipping costs for products with verifiable factory defects, which are from regional customers.

          4. Beasts Guarantee:
        • Up to 9 months for free product repair (no exchange or money back)
        • After 9 months (and maximum 12 months), repair is applied at a cost to the customer, subject to factory evaluation which could be approved or rejected depending on feasibility.
        • Repairs may take up to 15 business days, if less, inform us immediately.
        • If you cannot go to the store, send us an e-mail to logistica@bestias.cl with detailed photos to review the viability of your repair.

          Satisfaction Guarantee:
        • Up to 30 days from the ticket being issued
        • Product must be new and in original packaging
        • Client assumes costs of transportation to Bestias facilities (in-person or remote) . For security reasons, the client will not be able to make this delivery or withdrawal by his or her own means .
        • Refund of money will be made effective by the same means that it was paid, except cash which will always be made with bank transfer
Dispatch of the Goods Object of the Contract
  1. The goods purchased through this website will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the consumer only within the options that the supplier offers on the website for this purpose.

  2. All information regarding the location and name of the office is the exclusive responsibility of the consumer.

  3. The deadlines chosen for dispatch and delivery are counted from when the offering company has validated the purchase order and the means of payment used, and are considered business days for these purposes from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays.

  4. The consumer may not use mailboxes as delivery addresses both in Chile and abroad.

  5. Shipments of products from this site are only carried out within the territory of the Republic of Chile.
